Old Game, New Twist… Archery Tic-Tac-Toe
Keeping Archery fun is critical to keeping an archers mind sharp and keeping old games with new twists is one way to maintain engagement and improving scores. Archery Tic-Tac-Toe was developed out of a BB gun game I remember playing and my son and I extended into archery at a variety of distances. The very first game we played was in the basement at 10 yards. What we found is his ability to focus on a small target was greatly enhanced with a small amount of competition. The age old adage of aim small, miss small reared it’s head and maintains the focus of beginning archers very acutely. Keep the competition going in your household, range or club by reading the rules, printing the target PDF below and play your own game.
